Lightning storms pound Texas; tornado hits Austin

AUSTIN, Texas (Reuters)-tornadoes hit Austin, Texas, and thunderstorms hit the San Antonio, Dallas and Houston on Wednesday, bringing dry the Lone Star State drenching rain and wind damage that knocked out power, flooded the streets and on emergency workers busy rescuing the stranded drivers in high water.
